Adam Bowden is a former professional Great Britain triathlete and British steeplechase champion with over two decades of elite competitive experience. Having represented GB at the Commonwealth Games, World Junior Championships, and ITU World Triathlon Series, Adam brings a depth of knowledge that few coaches can match.
